توضح هذه الصفحة كيفية استخدام البيانات عند تصفّح متجر مُهجة وإرسال طلب هدية.
بيانات طلبك
عند تأكيد إرسال الطلب، نحفظ المنتجات والخيارات ورسالة الإهداء واسمك ورقم هاتفك وتفاصيل الاستلام التي أدخلتها. تُستخدم هذه المعلومات لمتابعة الطلب والتواصل معك، وتظهر لصاحب المتجر في لوحة تحكم محمية. لا يطلب الموقع بيانات بطاقة بنكية ولا ينفّذ دفعًا إلكترونيًا.
التقييمات والاقتراحات
عند التقييم، نستخدم رقم الطلب وهاتفه للتحقق من أنك عميل لديه طلب مكتمل، وقد يكون الطلب لمنتج آخر. يظهر للزوار عدد النجوم والاسم الذي تختاره وتعليقك وتاريخ التقييم؛ ولا تظهر لهم بيانات التحقق. نحفظ بصمة رقمية للهاتف لمنع تكرار التقييم. يظهر الاقتراح والاسم الاختياري المرفق به لصاحب المتجر فقط. نستخدم بصمة مؤقتة لعنوان الاتصال للحد من الرسائل المتكررة.
التفضيلات على جهازك
نستخدم التخزين المحلي في المتصفح لتذكّر اللغة والمظهر والسلة واختيارات البكج والمفضلة. يمكنك إزالة هذه البيانات من إعدادات المتصفح؛ سيؤدي ذلك إلى إعادة ضبط هذه الاختيارات على جهازك.
التحقق والإحصاءات
يتطلب الوصول إلى طلب محدد إدخال رقم الطلب ورقم الهاتف المطابق له معًا. لا يكفي رقم الهاتف وحده لعرض الطلبات أو سجل المشتريات. يعرض التتبع الحالة والمراحل والإجمالي فقط، ويمكن عرض محتويات الطلب المحدد في مشترياتي السابقة بعد المطابقة. لا نعرض العنوان أو اسم المستلم أو رسائل الإهداء في هذه النتائج. نقيّد المحاولات باستخدام بصمات مؤقتة لرقم الطلب وعنوان الاتصال. إذا فعّل المتجر الإحصاءات، تسجل أحداث التسوق بمعرّف عشوائي لجلسة المتصفح، دون اسم أو هاتف في هذه الأحداث. نحترم خيار Do Not Track في المتصفح للأحداث الاختيارية.
خصوصية الولاء
نحتسب الطلبات المكتملة المؤهلة داخليًا. لا يكفي إدخال رقم الهاتف لعرض تقدم الولاء أو تطبيق مكافأة شخصية؛ يلزم تحقق آمن من ملكية الرقم. يمكنك إكمال طلبك دون تحقق، وتبقى معلومات البرنامج العامة متاحة.
الإعلانات
لا نحمّل سكربتات الإعلانات في صفحات التسوّق والمنتجات والبكجات أو أثناء إعداد الطلب وإرساله.
الاستضافة والروابط الخارجية
تُعالج بيانات الموقع والطلبات بواسطة خدمات الاستضافة والتخزين اللازمة لتشغيله. عند فتح روابط واتساب أو منصات التواصل، تنتقل إلى خدمة خارجية لها سياسة خصوصية خاصة بها.

للاستفسار عن بيانات طلبك أو طلب تصحيحها أو حذفها، تواصل مع مُهجة عبر واتساب المتجر، مع ذكر رقم الطلب إن توفر.

This page explains how data is used when you browse Muhja and submit a gift request.
Your request details
When you confirm submission, we store your products, options, gift message, name, phone number and the collection or delivery details you enter. These details help the store follow up on your request and contact you. They are available to the store owner in a protected dashboard. This website does not ask for payment card details or process online payments.
Reviews and suggestions
We use your order reference and its phone number to verify that you are a customer with a completed order, which may contain a different product. Your stars, chosen display name, comment and review date are public; verification details are private. We store a hashed phone identifier to prevent repeat ratings. Suggestions and any optional sender name are visible only to the store owner. A temporary hashed connection identifier helps limit repeated submissions.
Preferences on your device
We use your browser’s local storage to remember your language, theme, bag, custom box choices and wishlist. You can remove this data through your browser settings, which will reset these choices on your device.
Verification and statistics
Access to an individual order requires both the order reference and its matching phone number. A phone number alone cannot reveal orders or purchase history. Tracking displays only status, progress and total; previous purchases can display the matched order’s contents. These results do not expose addresses, recipient names or gift messages. Temporary hashed order-reference and connection identifiers limit repeated lookups. If the store enables statistics, shopping events use a random browser-session identifier without names or phone numbers in those events. Optional events respect your browser’s Do Not Track preference.
Loyalty privacy
Completed qualifying orders continue to be counted internally. Entering a phone number alone does not reveal personal loyalty progress or apply a personal reward; secure proof of phone ownership is required. You can order without verification, and general program information remains available.
Advertising
We do not load advertising scripts on shopping, product or gift box pages, or while preparing and submitting an order.
Hosting and external links
Website and request data are processed by the hosting and storage services needed to run the store. Opening WhatsApp or social media links takes you to an external service with its own privacy policy.
